This massage is specifically attentive to areas where a mother-to-be would tend to have pressure on weight-baring muscles and joints. 

Prenatal Massage: 

Reiki / Magnified Healing: Energy work  treats the whole person- physical body, emotions, mind and spirit.  This is an indescribable sense of release!  The client remains clothed for this treatment.  After a Reiki session, you can expect to feel relaxed, emotionally balanced, and “lighter” energetically.  This is a wonderful tool for moving through difficult times, for centering yourself, and to reconnect with your beautiful inner YOU!

 

Energy Work:

Reflexology: 

Pressure points in the feet correspond to areas of the body and internal organs.  This foot massage will rebalance your energy and promote relaxation.  This is a 30 minute treatment. 

Slice of Heaven:

Your therapist will  massage your  hands and feet to relax the whole body.  This will be followed by a neck and shoulder massage to melt away tension. Available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage

 

Firm pressure is applied with slower deep strokes so your body can release tension from chronic pain areas.  Neuromuscular techniques such as myofascial release, post-isometric relaxation, and reciprocal inhibition may be applied to resolve muscular chronic tension.

Hot River Rock Massage

 

Smooth, warmed river stones are integrated into your massage.  This massage grounds you while it melts away your muscular tension.  Thermal therapy is great for increasing circulation, decreasing muscular tension and promoting deep relaxation.

Raindrop Therapy

 

The purest grade,  Young Living Essential Oils specific to your needs are applied to the back, lightly massaged into the tissue, and embedded with warm towels.  This treatment assists your body in releasing impurities, toxins, pathogens and energetic blockages, and is a highly relaxing experience.   

Thai-Yoga Massage

 

Thai Massage is a deeply healing and powerful combination of rhythmic massage, acupressure, deep stretching, gentle twisting and energy work all rolled into one incredible experience.  Sessions are performed on a floor mat with the client dressed in comfortable, loose clothing (we will provide appropriate clothes).  Available in  60 and 90 minute sessions.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy®

This massage is designed for people who enjoy a deep, yet relaxing massage.  The word Ashiatsu combines two Japanese words: Ashi—meaning “foot”, and Atsu—meaning “pressure”.  Your therapist will use clean, soft feet to apply deep, flowing strokes to the back of your body while you comfortably relax on a massage table.

It’s a gentleman’s-facial!  Specifically formulated for a man’s skin, this is a deeply detoxifying treatment that will leave your face refreshed, clean, and clear.  Includes a self-heating mud mask, a deep cleansing, and a superbly relaxing neck, shoulder, and arm massage.  (60 minutes—$85)

At Peace Facial

This is a deeply relaxing facial experience that will leave you feeling well with all the world—at least for an hour!  Calming to the skin, and soothing to the soul, this facial includes facial acupressure and massage designed to relieve sinus pressure related to Estes Park’s high altitude and dry air.

Exfoliation Treatment

This invigorating sugar scrub will leave your skin feeling silky smooth and wonderfully moisturized.  Skin feels noticeably smoother, softer and more moisturized for up to a week afterwards!   100% organic with a blend of turbinado sugar, sunflower, almond, and safflower oils, and a moisturizing essential oil blend.  Add on an additional 15 minutes of soothing scalp and neck massage, or foot reflexology for only $20.
